We are a privately-held real estate development, property management, and construction services firm. We collectively have more than 100 years of real estate, finance and development experience. We have successfully developed a wide range of commercial and residential projects, including offices, industrial, medical, and retail centers. WHO WE ARE
Michael Fife, Partner, received a General Science Associates degree with an emphasis in architecture at BYU Idaho in 1995. Following his schooling he decided to go into business for himself. He spent five years as a general contractor in Utah (Salt Lake Market) building custom homes, light commercial buildings, marketing and raising capital for an innovative building system (Votco).In 2000 he moved to the Treasure Valley and has owned and managed a number of successful businesses. One of those businesses is a financial planning firm (GM2 Success) which he has owned and operated for 15 years as the principal. Additionally, he has built custom homes and owned and operated multiple locations for a national exercise firm (Curves for Women). Mike has developed extensive skills over the last 25 years in deal structure, raising capital, and executing on business and real estate opportunities.
Michael Fife
Kenneth Firmage, Partner, has spent the majority of his career in consumer-packaged goods sales and management for a number of large food and drug companies including Kraft, Sara Lee, Schering-Plough, Sunrise Growers and PetIQ. He has served in a variety of sales and management roles in those companies. Additionally, for five years Ken was an owner and founder together with Rod Lamm of Diamond Homes and Diamond Development in the Boise, Idaho Metro Area. The company builds high end custom homes and was involved in the development of residential homes communities in the Treasure Valley. Ken’s home building and development experience together with his managerial and marketing skills play an integral role in the strategic vision and executional details at FS One. He holds a BA in Advertising and Communications from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah and attended Westminster College’s MBA program in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Scott Stewart
Scott Stewart, Partner, has successfully developed, owned and managed several retail centers, office developments, and mixed-use projects (including hospitality) in Southwestern Idaho. His diversified education and experience in both the financial and analytical aspects of real estate development are a key asset to the partnership. In addition, his practical approach to total project management in areas like lease-up, marketing, operations and property disposition, have played a major role in the success of these projects. Scott’s vision and ability to see future needs in the marketplace lead to the creation of two new business centers in the greater Boise area. He holds an MBA from San Diego State University and a BS in Business Management (Finance) from Brigham Young University.
Paul Hilbig has been in the real estate business since he started managing apartments while studying Portuguese and Business Management at Brigham Young University. In 2005 he graduated with honors from the University of Texas with a masters degree in real estate development. Since then Paul has used his skills to identify, analyze and negotiate both residential and commercial land purchases totaling over $200,000,000. He has a keen eye for detail and is able to creatively and efficiently develop projects from the “back-of-the-napkin” stage all the way through to construction completion. Paul enjoys working with engineers, architects, planners, banks and construction teams in order to successfully entitle and manage developments around the country. He is married and has three sons and a daughter. When not at work Paul can be found playing soccer, surfing and skiing as well as serving in his church and community.
